The Skilled Migrant Category is a points-based residence pathway. Applicants must reach 6 points to qualify, earned through factors like skilled employment in NZ, qualifications, and work experience. Most successful applicants have NZ work experience.
Must be 55 or under, have skilled employment or job offer in NZ (or exceptional circumstances), meet 6-point threshold, have acceptable English, and meet health/character requirements.
